Breakfast, lunch and dinner, open buffet meals are free. Some local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages within the brands determined by the facility are free 24 hours. A la carte restaurants are free for 7 nights and above with advance reservation and are free once. Turkish coffee, cocktails, foreign alcoholic beverages and orange juice are charged. Lobby Bar is open 24 hours, Pool Bar is open between 10:00-23:00, Patisserie & Cafe is open between 11:00-16:00, Snack Bar (Eftalia Island) is open between 12:00-16:00 during restaurant bar meal hours and Burgerland is open 24 hours. 1 bottle of water is put in the minibars per person per day. Burgerland is closed during the hours the main restaurant is open. Beach Snackbar and Beach Bar located in Eftalia Island section are open between 12:00-16:00. Eftalia Island only serves beer, wine and soft drinks.
Special rules
Regardless of the room type, only 1 key is given for each room. Only one Snack and 1 Bar are open as a restaurant on the beach. (Eftalia Island) Entry to Eftalia Aqua Resort rooms starts at 14:00. Check-out time from the rooms is 12:00 at the latest. Pets are not allowed in the facility. The use of open areas in the facility depends on seasonal conditions. 2+2 or 3+1 accommodations in rooms other than family rooms or some special rooms may cause congestion in the room and the extra beds provided may not have the comfort of a fixed bed. There are 5 disabled rooms in the facility. Ultra All Inclusive accommodations provided in the facilities start with dinner and include dinner for the number of nights stayed and end with lunch on the day of check-out. If the room to be accommodated is a special type of room such as a family room, suite room (and similar), no refund will be made if any of the guests who will stay leave the hotel early. Room towels are changed every two days and sheets are changed every three days. Rooms are vacated at 12:00. You must check out of the facilities at 13:00 at the latest.
