Food & Beverage
Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet meals are free. Some local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages within the brands determined by the facility are free 24 hours. A la carte restaurants are free for stays of 7 nights and above with advance reservation and once. Turkish coffee is free at the patisserie between 11:00-16:00. Other than the cocktails determined by the company, spanferred cocktails are charged. The free cocktails are pina colada, sex on the beach, margarita, blue lagoon, cosmopoitan and mojito. Foreign alcoholic beverages and orange juice are charged. Lobby Bar is open 24 hours, Pool Bar is open between 10:00-23:00, Patisserie & Cafe is open between 11:00-16:00, Restaurant Bar is open during meal times, Snack Bar (Eftalia Island) is open between 12:00-16:00 and Burgerland is open 24 hours. 1 bottle of water is put in the minibars per person per day. Burgerland is closed during the hours when the main restaurant is open. Beach Snackbar and Beach Bar located in Eftalia Island are open between 12:00-16:00. Only beer, wine and soft drinks are served on Eftalia Island.
Special rules
Regardless of the room type, only 1 key is given for each room. Only 1 Snack restaurant and 1 Bar are open as restaurants on the beach. (Eftalia Island) Entry to Eftalia Blue rooms starts at 14:00. Check-out time from the rooms is 12:00 at the latest. Pets are not allowed in the facility. The use of open areas in the facility depends on seasonal conditions. 2+2 or 3+1 accommodations in rooms other than family rooms or some special rooms may create congestion in the room and the extra beds provided may not have the comfort of a fixed bed. Ultra All Inclusive accommodations provided in the facility start with dinner and include dinners for the number of nights stayed and end with lunch on the day of check-out. If the room to be accommodated is a special type of room such as a family room, suite room (and similar), no refund will be made if any of the guests who will stay leave the hotel early. Room towels are changed every two days and sheets are changed every three days. Rooms are vacated at 12:00. You must check out of the facilities by 13:00 at the latest.
