TERMS and CONDITIONS
Aytur Turizm Tic.Ltd.Şti. (hereinafter referred to as” EFTALIA HOTELS") “customer or you” who comes to the hotel and buys the accommodation service agrees to follow the rules below.
The scope of the service and service you purchase covers all the following titles and sub-titles, and these rules will be specified in the "I accept terms and conditions" button before you pay, and you will be able to pay after you accept them.
You will be notified by e-mail, and you will be considered to have read and accepted it.
A-By making a reservation by us, you agree to all the conditions stated below. By these terms you hereby declare that you will abide by these conditions.
B-We accept that all the information you provide us with at the booking stage is accurate and complete. (Passport, credentials, etc..) You agree that all named persons who accompany you on your trip will be subjected to the same terms and conditions.
C-You have read and agreed to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data. You can access the information related to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data from the link www.eftaliahotels.com. You acknowledge that you and those who will come with you agree to our personal data protection rules.
D-You have read our Privacy Policy and agree to these policies both for yourself and for those who will come with you.
E-You must be older than 18 at the time of booking. Inspaniduals under the age of 18 cannot book alone or stay in hotels. People younger than 18 years old named in the reservation cannot benefit from some services.
F-Confirmation of the reservation will be made by an e-mail sent to you by EFTALIA HOTELS providing you pay the first deposit or its whole. Approvals are sent only by e-mail. This process can take 72 hours. Please check the booking form sent to you carefully and inform us immediately of possible errors.
G-You are responsible for both your travel insurance and the other participants’ insurances when you make a reservation at EFTALIA HOTELS. Your travel insurance must be regulated and covered, including health and COVID-19.
H-If you have booked more than one room, there will be a deposit for each room separately; and if the reservation is cancelled, there will be no refund for each room separately.
I-If you choose to pay your reservation in installments, we will inform you of the due dates at the booking stage. EFTALIA HOTELS may cancel your reservation if you do not make your payment on the due dates for any reason. In this case, the cancellation/refund terms will apply. Please regard making your installments from the credit/debit card you made the first payment to. Using a different card may cause problems with refund procedures and additional costs to you in the case of cancellation of your reservation onwards. It will be your responsibility to pay your maturities on time.
J-We will not charge you an additional fee when you pay from your card. However, your bank or card issuer may charge you additional fees for pos devices or mail order systems that are not registered in your country.
K-Your reservation will be considered approved after the confirmation mail sent to you by EFTALIA HOTELS. In some cases; for instance, if the payment fails, your reservation will not be approved. In cases where we do not receive your payment, you agree that your reservation is not approved. If your payment does not reach us, or the booking price changes, you may have to book at the new price. In such cases, we will try to work in your favor. But please note that we will decide on availability. You are obliged to pay for cost increases in such situations. The price will only be fixed and guaranteed if there is a successful payment.
L-If you do not inform us of your missed stay in writing ,we, as EFTALIA HOTELS, have the right to cancel your booking after 24 hours. In such cases, cancellation/refund conditions apply. But if you can participate in your stay after that, you will be able to continue your vacation where you left off.
M-In cases where you cannot participate in the reservation, if there are inspaniduals under the age of 18 in the reservation, these people cannot use the facility without their legal parents. If such a situation occurs, the cancellation/refund conditions will apply.
N-any liability related to baggage and its contents belongs to the customer; and he/she is responsible for tracking and checking the items found next to him/her. EFTALIA HOTELS or its employees have no legal and/or criminal liability for lost and stolen items, and you will not make a claim against the hotel and/or hotel employees for the specified reasons.
O-when you and those who will come with you, please make sure that your passports are with you.People who do not have a passport will not be able to enter the facilities in any way.This is also a legal requirement.
2-COVID-19:
We know that the COVID-19 outbreak is affecting the travels around the world. Both you and EFTALIA HOTELS must comply with the measures, rules and laws taken by government and regulatory authorities related to COVID-19. Please note that these applications will include some restrictions. EFTALIA HOTELS will serve according to these measures, rules and laws. You agree to all measures and practices that EFTALIA HOTELS has taken and will take. These applications may include the requirement to pass body temperature controls; access to your health information; wear face masks, gloves and personal protective equipment; and comply with social distance rules
There may be restrictions on the number of people who can use our facilities and services over a certain period of time. In such cases, your reservation may be transferred to another date or another facility, and may be cancelled. We will endeavour to avoid this.
Changes can be made to the services provided to you in the hotel and beach part. For instance, open buffet self-services in restaurants can be offered to you in a different way than usual/known. In restaurants and indoor areas, you may face restrictions due to social distance rules. A'la Cart restaurants, children's clubs, pools, slides and entertainment venues can be closed. Sanitation and hygiene practices related to COVID-19 within the hotel are determined by EFTALIA HOTELS. We assume that you will comply with these rules and accept any restrictions that may occur. You agree that as EFTALIA HOTELS, we may request such certain medical formalities as COVID-19 PCR tests from you and the people who will come with you. Likewise, the company that provides the transfer service you receive from us can request them. If you do not meet or refuse these requests, EFTALIA HOTELS may refuse the services that will provide to you. You will not be entitled to refund or compensation for such matters.
In certain countries, quarantine or self-isolation rules may be imposed on passengers at the place of arrival or departure. You agree that you will comply with these rules, which may change instantly. Before departing, we recommend that you be aware of what advice your national authority offers for travel abroad.
After making reservation, if your COVID-19 test is positive, if you have been in contact with someone carrying COVID-19, or if you are showing symptoms, you agree to share it with us. As EFTALIA HOTELS, we may share this information with different organizations in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy.
You agree that EFTALIA HOTELS has no liability in the event that you have caught COVID-19 within the hotel, and that you and the accompanying participants will not receive any compensation or refund in such case.
If you are unable to travel due to COVID-19, cancellation conditions will apply. However, if you would like to come on a different date, we may reschedule your reservation on a different date, subject to availability. If the price is higher on the rescheduled date, you will have to pay the price difference. If you switch to a lower-priced period, you can be refunded at that day's price. If you booked during the early booking period, pricing for these changes will be based on the prices of the day of the change, not the prices during the early booking period.
We both agree that the above-mentioned measures are a way to keep the health of you, other customers, employees and the public safe.
You agree that your holiday will be taken under such measures and these measures will be a part of your holiday. You acknowledge that the rules and services at the time you booked may have changed during your arrival.
If your country asks you for a COVID-19 test on return to your country, you can do it at contracted institutions for a fee or yourself. If your COVID-19 test is positive, you can spend 14 days of isolation in an isolation room that will be provided to you in our hotel free of charge. During this time, you will not be able to go out to public areas, your food and beverage needs are met by EFTALIA HOTELS. If you would like to buy a service or product that is outside the hotel's food/beverage concept, we will try to meet your reasonable demands, provided that you pay the fee. In such a case, the fee you paid for the transfer may not be refunded and you can purchase the transfer for a new payment.
You and those who come with you accept that as EFTALIA HOTELS, we are not responsible for any loss(lack) of service or financial loss that you will experience in any situation that you will be exposed to in relation to the issues described above. You acknowledge that you are not entitled to compensation or reimbursement.
EFTALIA HOTELS can close its facilities or go to the facility change at any time due to COVID-19. If one of the closed hotels affects your booking, we can direct you to another resort for the continuation of your holiday. These measures will be an integral part of your holiday, and you already agree to these changes.
3-PRICING
We do our best to ensure that all the information and prices you see on our website are correct. But sometimes there may be errors in information and prices. If we detect an error in pricing, we may cancel your reservation. In such a case, we will refund your entire payment. EFTALIA HOTELS can change the prices in the ads it gives at any time. The transfer service you will receive is provided by a different organization. The transfer fee is determined by this organization. If you have booked EFTALIA HOTELS and have not booked from the transfer company at that time, the transfer company may change the price at a future date. In such cases, you can make a reservation not at the price you saw when making the first reservation, but at the new price set by the organization.
You can make your reservation by paying the entire amount at once, or you can also make it in installments with a deposit of 30 euros. Either way, you agree that the 30-Euro deposit will not be refunded to you if you cancel your reservation.
If you have selected a payment plan in monthly installments, we will show you the due dates. Please pay your monthly payments regularly. We ask you to make payments with the card you first paid for. Because if you would like to cancel your reservation in the future, you may face delays and additional payments during the refund.
As EFTALIA HOTELS, we have the right to cancel your reservation in the case that monthly installments are not paid on due. In such a case, the deposit amount of 30 euros will be deducted, and the remaining part, if any, will be returned to you.
If you have made a reservation with the payment option at the entrance and you want to cancel your reservation, the 50 Euros you have paid will not be refunded to you. You can only pay the remaining amount at the entrance to the hotel with euro or credit card.
You cannot receive services from EFTALIA HOTELS, nor enter the facilities without paying the full amount of the reservation.
4-CONTENT:
We do our best to ensure that the services and images we offer you on the website are accurate, but sometimes there may be changes to the services and images for certain reasons. Especially at the beginning or end of the season, by reasons of maintenance, bad weather, or closing the facility due to low demand from guests.
Advertised products and activity services such as water sports, aqua parks, gym, indoor outdoor pool, sun beds, umbrellas, spa access, tennis courts, football fields, air conditioning, safes, tv can be charged. There may be some additional paid services at our facilities that are not specified. If you would like to use these services, you may have to pay for them.
You agree that you will pay for any additional food and drink, personal expenses, and all goods and services that you receive outside of the scope of the accommodation service that you have purchased.
At EFTALIA HOTELS, we will try to inform you if there are any changes that interest you. But sometimes that may not be possible. We do not claim that we take the highest security measures to manage the risks associated with COVID-19. It is an estimate of the arrival times shown to you on the transfer you have booked on our website. It may vary depending on the path and conditions. In the event of time changes on your flights, it is your responsibility to notify the transfer company of this change and to set a new transfer time. The transfer company is not obliged to accept the change that you have stated or requested. When you book a transfer, please note that this company works according to a certain schedule. They may not be able to make an appropriate plan for you instantly. If you cannot board the transfer vehicle or miss the service, the transfer company can arrange for you to transfer to the next available vehicle (although they do not have to). If the transfer company cannot arrange for you to have a vehicle available, the amount you paid for the transfer will not be refunded to you. In such a case, you will have to arrange yourself a transfer, of which you will cover the costs.
5-DATA PROTECTION
We will take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data. You agree that when you have provided to us the personal information of yours and of the people you will come with, we may share them with other organizations that we deem appropriate or mandatory.
We may share some of your information with banks or security agencies to spanvent or detect fraud.
By booking with us, you agree that we may share personal information of yours and of the people who will come with you, with other organizations which EFTALIA HOTELS works and partners with. We can send an e-mail to you and call you by phone using your personal data.

6-CANCELLATION / RETURN CONDITIONS:
A-Your reservation is refundable or non-refundable according to the package you have selected. You will see these options during the booking.
B-If your reservation is refundable, you can cancel unconditionally up to 14 days before the date of arrival at the accommodation/facility. Your 50 Euro/Pound deposit is non-refundable, but the remaining amount is refunded.
C-For cancellation requests for less than 14 days, a deposit of 50 Euros/Pound and a 3-night booking amount will be deducted, but the remaining amount will be refunded.
D-If you have booked from outside of Turkey and the bank or organization to which the card belongs has charged you an additional transaction fee during your payment, EFTALIA HOTELS is not responsible for this amount and is not included in the amount to be refunded.
E-After cancellation of your reservation, the refund process is 21 days. Since the process of transferring money between countries is long, you agree to this period. We will do our best to return your money quickly
F-If you have purchased the transfer service with the reservation and there are less than 14 days to the arrival at the hotel, the transfer fee will not be refunded to you under any circumstances.
G-During the refund process, we will only make refunds to the credit card or debit card you paid for. Especially if you have paid by credit card, we will not transfer your money to an account number that you will give in any way. Refunds will only be on the card you paid for.
H-In the event that the customer terminates using the performed service on the grounds that it is defective, he/she will notify the Hotel official and the hotel the reason for the termination in writing due to the obligation to cooperate and act with care, otherwise it will be deemed to have received and used the service. In cases where the service is not liked, no refund is made.
I-Your payment is refunded in the same currency as you paid.
J- If you have made a reservation with the payment option at the entrance and you want to cancel your reservation, the 50 Euros you have paid will not be refunded to you.
7-UNPREDICTABLE, UNAVOIDABLE AND EXTRAORDINARY SITUATIONS:
In this Terms and Conditions, we will refer to unspandictable, unavoidable and extraordinary situations. War, terrorism, a serious epidemic in the hotel zone (including pandemic), industrial disputes, nuclear disaster, fire, chemical and biological disaster, flood, earthquake, weather conditions, natural disasters, or aviation strikes.
EFTALIA HOTELS shall have no responsibility or liability for the inability to perform or delay the service or services that it has committed to you in the event of a situation described above or similar to them.
Any judicial case you encounter inside or outside the facility (theft, fight, injury, death, accident, loss of money, loss of property, damage to your property) you agree that EFTALIA HOTELS has no responsibility or liability. You agree that you are not entitled to any refund or compensation from EFTALIA HOTELS in such cases.
There may be restrictions on the number of people who can use our facilities and services over a certain period of time. In such cases, your reservation may be transferred to another date or another facility, and may be cancelled. We will endeavour to avoid this.
8-TAXES
Some countries and Turkey may impose taxes on tourists. These taxes (such as city tax, overnight stay tax) are not charged to you at the booking stage.
You may have to pay these taxes at airports upon arrival, local organizations, or hotels.
The tax you pay at the hotel has to be paid at Check-in.
As EFTALIA HOTELS, we have no responsibility for these taxes.
Please note that the prices for hotel and transfer reservations that you have made do not include these taxes mentioned.
9-BUILDING WORK
From time to time, there may be noise in our hotels about maintenance, renovation or modification. Again, in the same way, there may be noise outside and around the hotel due to construction or renovation work in a place that is not connected to the hotel. You agree that EFTALIA HOTELS is not responsible for such problems.
10-YOUR BEHAVIOUR
You agree that we expect you and those who will come with you to behave regularly and in accordance with the social environment and not disturb the peace of others. EFTALIA HOTELS has the right to terminate your reservation immediately and remove you from the facility, in the event that you, or one of the people who will come with you cause danger, inconvenience or harm to other customers.
You agree that you are liable to pay the damage in the event that you or people who will come with you cause damage to the facility, property or the life / property of third parties. Payment is made directly to the hotel and in advance before leaving the hotel. Pricing here will be determined by EFTALIA HOTELS.
If you do not agree to pay, we would like to point out that we will resort to legal means and that you will also be responsible for legal costs.
11-LEAVING THE FACILITY EARLY:
During your stay, when you leave the facility early for whatever reason, your three(3)-night stay will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the card you paid for. In such cases, no cash refunds will be made.
12-TERMS of USE

14-CONTENT OF THIRD PARTIES PROVIDED ON THIS WEBSITE
This website contains content or software provided by third parties.
The provisions of the “warranty and waiver” section above also apply to all third-party content and software contained on this website.
15-ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- On the day of arrival, the number of accommodation days cannot be shortened.
- Upon arrival or during the stay, our customers who wish to extend the stay date can be extended upon availability. The day extension calculation is made based on the pricing of that day, not the day the guest purchased the room.
- The direction/floor of the purchased room is determined by the reception on the day you arrive. EFTALIA HOTELS do not distinguish between sea/land views. For this reason, we strongly ask that you do not make a request for the direction of the room or the floor on which it will be located.
- Check-in time is 13:30 and check-out time is 12:00. On the arrival day, the room delivery time is 14:00.
- On the day the customer leaves the hotel, the delivery time of the room to the reception is 12:00.
- Because the parking space in hotels is limited, not every car can be provided in the hotel.
- Safe boxes are free at Eftalia Marin, Ocean and Aqua.
- At Eftalia Splash and Village, safe boxes are chargeable.
- Turkish coffee is charged. (For guests staying in Ocean, Turkish coffee is freeof charge in the "hotel " and charged on the beach.)
- Fresh fruit juices are charged.
- Foreign brand import drinks are charged. All alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages are free of charge within the brands determined by the facility.
- All alcoholic / non-alcoholic cocktails are chargeable.
- In our facilities, only one (1) room “key card” is provided. Additional charges may apply if a second one is requested.
- Beach towels have a deposit of 5 euros.
- The deposit is refunded when the customer returns the towel card on the day of departure.
- Alacart restaurants are chargeable.
- Alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks at the disco are chargeable.
- Located on the beach, Eftalia Island offers only beer and wine as alcoholic beverages.
- Other free alcoholic drinks are served at the bars located within the hotel.
- Medical Doctor services are chargeable.
- Hairdresser is chargeable.
- Massage is chargeable.
- Water sports are chargeable.
- Jacuzzi is chargeable.
- Tennis court is chargeable.
- Telephone and fax usage is chargeable.
- Laundry is chargeable.
- Mini bars in the rooms contain water only.
- Gazebos are chargeable.
- Food and beverage service at Eftalia Splash/Village is free until 23:00 at night.
- 1 Food/snack bar and 1 beverage bar are available 24 hours a day at Eftalia Marin/Ocean/Aqua.
- In all our facilities; breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner are open buffet, unlimited and free of charge.
- At certain times during the day; ice cream, patisserie, snack bar, snacks, hot and cold beverages and all alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (except Turkish coffee) are free of charge.
- The refund process for cancellations is 21 business days.
- Except for the number of people specified in the “accommodation document” sent to you, no more customers will be accepted to the facility.
- If an adult/child who is not declared and is not specified in the “accommodation document” is brought to the facility, an additional fee will be charged. If the external person for standard room accommodation exceeds the maximum number of people to stay in the standard room, the family room is switched and the price difference is calculated on the current price. This change will be made if there is a family room available at the facility. If there is no availability, a standard room is again provided according to availability. In the absence of availability, the undeclared person cannot enter the facility. (standard room maximum number of people 2 adults+2 children or 3 Adults + 1 child)
This agreement consists of 15 Main articles and subheadings of these articles. You are deemed to have read and accepted all of the above mentioned articles in the booking transactions made at the this website: reservation.eftaliahotels.com , due to the fact that you cannot create a reservation without selecting the "I agree to the terms and conditions " button, you agree to all of these terms. EFTALIA HOTELS' official main server is ..............@eftaliahotels.com (it can be sent from a different email address, provided that the main server remains the same. For instance, reservation@eftaliahotels.com or callcenter@eftaliahotels.com) your contract will be activated by the mail sent to you.
This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
In disputes that may arise in relation to this agreement, the COURTS of ALANYA of the REPUBLIC of TURKEY are authorized.
